Fall+Spring. You know right?

I don't ever recall anyone counting practice time as being part of the season. It doesn't matter to me really anyway. I just like that gif.

One I am pretty sure is already out of the lineup the other may be next if he doesn’t turn it around. Milazzo is in there for his defense. It doesn’t matter what he hits.

And is the son of a fellow SEC coach, so undoubtedly, I’m sure there’s at least a little politics involved

Thompson is figuring it out and getting more productive every week. Bianco is who he is at this point.

Milazzo ain’t there for his bat. I would like to get a little more production out of him but if not I really don’t care as long as he controls the run game. I would like to move him up a spot to the 8 hole and get some more production out of the 9 spot to give the top of the order something to work with though.

Thompson had 5 RBIs in 5 games last week. I agree that he needs less swing and miss, but he seems to be turning the corner.

He has a good week but his homeruns were carrying him the first couple of weeks during the season and everyone’s anger was towards Bianco while Thompson was putting up roughly the same numbers.

Well for one Bianco is a junior and Thompson is a freshman. There’s naturally going to be more patience for the guy who just got to the college level.

For second Thompson has shown greater improvement in 3 weeks than what Bianco has shown in 3 years.

Yea the rant is well known for their patience of a player lol.

For the record, I agree with having more patience with Thompson over Bianco. I like Thompson a lot and think he will be a really good player for LSU over the next couple of years. I do not think Bianco can hit at this level at all but I think he does have a role on this team. The rant thinks Bianco can’t tie his own shoes in the morning lol.

He has managed this team as far as lineup construction pretty poorly so far this year. I really do think the talent is there he just has to find the right pieces in the right places.

You think so, huh? Who’s the SS? I see no SS on this team except Cranford who can’t hit.

You don’t think Arnold is a SS?

Penrod doesn’t think. Like a few here, it’s whatever PM “thinks” and nothing else matters. Can’t have your own opinion.

I don’t think CPM thinks that Arnold is a shortstop or there is some sort of injury that has been mentioned that is preventing him from putting him in that spot.

That's such an odd response. These guys practice baseball 4 hours a day. Heck, even the catchers (with their mitts on) jump in to infield and outfield drills.
