Serious question.
I get minor drug offenders, but hardcore criminals?
And they don’t even want to prosecute.
Arrest and release the next day as in rioters that committed serious crimes.

Don't think it isn't as simple as them trying to annoy and harass "Trump supporters" with these types of actions. At least in part. They hate Trump and perceived Trump supporters just that damn much.

I'm convinced everything and anything they do is deliberate. The reason is because they like to piss people like me off.

Not only will the Dems get the inmates' votes, they will also get the inmates' families' votes because the Dems "got my baby out of prison" and "Those mean Republicans wanted to keep him in there." Even if the hardcore commits another crime after being released and is sent back (which we all know happens a lot) the Dems will still get those families' votes. It's a "no lose" proposition for the Dems.

Dems (far left ones) do not believe people are bad (except for Republicans). They don't believe people are responsible for their actions (except Republicans). They don't believe in accountability (except Republicans).
But the big reason is the vocal leftist pols, celebrities, etc. don't have to live in crime-ridden places. Why should some congressperson who gets chauffeured to and from their safe home care about some thug terrorizing people in the French Quarter.
And yes, criminals are more likely to vote for the party that doesn't expect them to act like civilized people.

Everything Dems pass is intended to destroy America from the inside and do away with the constitution. Their tactics include open borders, state sponsored terrorism by Antifa and BLM, attacking the 2A, shutting down the economy, etc. Releasing criminals is nothing to them.
