I just broke a fast food pay it forward train

I pulled up to the window and the girl was all smiley and said “hey the guy in front of you paid for your food. We’ve got a train going.” And I took the receipt and was like “uh thanks.” And drove off.
Those things don’t make any sense because you’re still paying. How about everyone pays for their own food. The only guy who did anything is the first guy who paid for himself and the next guy.

Good.
I'm all for random acts of kindness, but it feels like I'm being forced into doing it in a scenario like that, it makes me uncomfortable.

The only time I find myself participating in this is if I'm going to the beach and there are some attractive women behind me. I'll pay their toll and daydream about what could happen.
