Did triple nickel move or did pelican park move? Srs question it’s been a decade or so since I lived there but wouldn’t describe triple nickel as ‘by’ pelican park. Doubly shocked triple nickel still exists

I drove my son to practice at 5:45 and there were only 2 cops, looked like a routine traffic stop. But after practice at 7:15 there were many more cops and some kind of forensic vehicle. I’d like to know if anyone knows anything.
