I'm loving Netlist. I can legitimately see this stock going to 80-90 a share long-term.

Absolutely no way brother.

If settlements with Google, Samsung, INPHI, and marvel include partnerships and royalties I don’t see why it’s not an $80 share long term.

If NLST goes down again tomorrow then I'll probably jump in and grab some more shares.

If you haven't gotten in on NLST yet you better do so very very soon because this stock is about to explode.

The Judge ruled against Google today by agreeing with Netlist that the damages are based on the sales and profits made by Google from the beginning when Google stole Netlist's 912 Patent. He ordered Google to turn over all of their financial information.

Netlists attorney question to the Judge "So we can calculate what the profitability and benefit was during that period"

The Judge "Yes. Sales and profits are a part of that period."

Google, Samsung, and the rest of the companies who stole Netlists Patent are in significant trouble here as the damages here are in the tens of billions of dollars.

This might be one of the greatest David v. Goliath litigation cases in American history.

It doesn’t strike you as a little weird that every major money manager is missing this while Reddit uncovers it? The company is valued below $2B.

Surely such a stone-cold lock would be much higher. It’s not like Google and Samsung are poorly covered companies.

Reddit Link

Looks like summary judgment was in favor of NLST against Samsung. This was a breach of contract case. Definitely puts pressure on Google to try and settle out of court in my opinion. Going to be a fun ride in the next few weeks. Nice job longs!

NLST was awarded $302M against Samsung this Friday. It is also subject to treble damages because of willful infringement.

It’s running pre-market. Could possibly be the largest volume day for NLST ever.

Nice. I am going to sell a little when the judge announces treble in the coming days. If 303M took it off imagine $606M or $909M.
