I think there will be a wall at $2.00-$2.50 until a settlement number is established with HYNIX. The Google case will stretch out in my opinion. The settlement could be done out of court due to the intel settlement that happened yesterday with the same judge overseeing the NLST case. After that I have no idea.

Netlist and SK Hynix have agreed on a settlement. The agreements provide SK hynix with access to Netlist's portfolio of U.S. and foreign patents. Netlist will receive a royalty from SK hynix, a cross license to SK hynix's patent portfolio and supply of SK hynix's memory and storage products. The companies also plan to collaborate on Netlist's HD CXL technology for future commercialization.

Absolutely. And the call isn’t until Wednesday at 5:00 to discuss the agreement with SK Hynix. It could possibly go up higher after that call.

You could still buy before the call tomorrow and make money. The partnership plus royalties with Hynix will kick this thing back on the NASDAQ.

I saw one of your posts several months back. Looked into it and started buying at .77. Now I’m at an cost basis of 1.81. Glad I saw your post and I ain’t selling yet. This thing has a LONG way to go before I would.

I added another $1500 shares at 2.50 and am currently up almost 60% so thank you WM Tiger for tipping us off to this one. I'm going to keep holding on to this one because the analysts think it may hit 8 a share

Pushed up to $4.00 this morning. They now have a BOD according to the share holder letter. This screams that they’re getting re-listed to NASDAQ.
