Things are heating up based on the fact of Netlist’s head lawyer for the Google patent infringement case also being involved in the Samsung case. He’s the most sought after infringement lawyer in the country. Basically alludes to settlement talks with both companies are in the last stages.

NLST is still an OTC stock. They have not requested to be relisted on NASDQ (though they met the criteria) as far as I am aware.

Look like they’re requests in the Samsung case “exceeds $50 Million” as per the court document. If I could find them on courtlister.com I’d post them here.

They haven’t even gotten any settlement money from Google yet. You have time (unless they settle out of court). Markman hearing is in March 22.

HDVY has plenty of similarities as NLST regarding lawsuit. Plenty os NLST longs are adding this one. I was very appreciative of finding NLST on this board. I got in this yesterday and feel it can make a run, GL!

I'm loving Netlist. I can legitimately see this stock going to 80-90 a share long-term.

I love the fact the charts on NLST let you j ow when the dips are every day. I’ve been loading up on these daily dips, and could make money nearly every day “IF” I sold.
