Heard from a source in the know that they were close to cancelling the game last night if that means anything. Who knows maybe they will just meet at a neutral site.

If this is true, the game is being moved no doubt.

They should NOT cancel the game since the storm's track and forecast arrival is now as late as Tuesday. Of course that's IF it goes to LA. That's still very much in doubt at this time. I hope that the announcement will be that the game will go one as planned. If anything, maybe they could move it up earlier in the day to give fans more time to get home and prepare should the threat materialize.

the storm will not even enter the GULF until Late saturday PM or early sunday AM....
That would give people plenty of time to get out if an evacuation is ordered!!!

Someone explain to me why a SATURDAY game needs to be moved when the hurricane wouldn't even hit until TUESDAY at the earliest?

FWIW I just heard from my buddy at FEMA that the game will be moved to a noon kikoff.
