Can someone explain to me how this is NOT blatantly unconstitutional?
Their actions are wrong, wrong, wrong. That does not necessarily equate to "unconstitutional."

Alright then, is there nothing governing members of Congress from strong arming private entities to curtail our constitutional rights without “making laws”? Like similar to this.
