All the of the Besh restaurants have the same bread. They cook it all at one location
At least they used to.

Microcosm of why BR sucks as a restaurant and “fooddie” town. Very few appreciate ,let alone enjoy, something as simple and good as true home made bread/rolls/ baguettes.
The answer is Lacours in BR. It was outstanding and a solid comparison to anything in Europe.

I’ve always wondered how exactly does one contain their farts in a wine glass

I’m guessing you mean Maison Lacour? Never in my life heard it called Lacours and I’ve eaten plenty of memorable meals there.

If I ever learn how to bake my own bread I’ll be on my 600 pound life within a year.
Fresh, hot bread is my kryptonite

The bread at Kiva’s
Worked an IT job in BR and got roped into doing client training for a while when they were shorthanded. We took every training class to lunch at Kiva's. It was good at first, but I eventually got tired of it bc rinse and repeat. Clients from all over the country loved it, though.
