I’d rather Heard remain than have her replaced, despite the level of crazy. Discontinuity in actors playing characters across shows and movie franchises is painful

...Danerys really? She kinda thick and short to be Mera . Amber Heard was a perfect as Mera, both in looks and height, too bad she had a pooping problem.

I tend to agree about the broader point of actor replacement. But with this particular one, I’m fully on board with it. Heard was by far the weakest link in aquaman, and Clarke is a legit quality actor. It’ll take a minute to recalibrate at the beginning of the sequel, but I have to think this will ultimately make the next installment better.
