Portland and New Orleans are so different, yet since I've moved here shootings have gone up like 400%, theft is ridiculous and a lot of it is caused by non-black addicts and losers.

Extreme liberalism shits all over everyone. Its not right that a guy tries to steal my car, I cause him to need medical care and now I'm the a-hole cause I didn't understand his dire situations..

I grew up without money in New Orleans in the 80s and 90s. I know shite situations too. I felt like the minority where I lived, and was treated as such. I never put a needle in my arm and I'm not sorry for it.

Taking personal responsibility is a thing of the past. Almost mythic.

Any city over a couple thousand in population. Rural is so much better. Access to small town in convenience in 5 min and access to large town convenience in 15-20 min.

I have never lived there but have visited it many times over the years. I always had it on my list of places I would consider. What do you not like about it?

It still is. For the most part, all the Atlantic Coast cities/towns are nice in Florida.

I thought you said "large".

Memphis is considerably larger than New Orleans which you didn't highlight.

Great point.... Baton Rouge is a shithole. I live like 15 miles outside of it and can get almost anything I could want where I am at... the only reason I would ever even travel into BR is because of the fact my doctors are there......

So why do I see so many LA & MS plates when visiting Gulf Shores?

New Orleans

That is honestly the one city I would kill myself before living there. Unreal how bad that place is.

Charlotte is sterile. No other way I can describe it. It has no soul, nothing that makes it stand out. Nothing remarkable. And it's quickly going off the progressive/woke/SJW deep end like most major cities.

well, first of all, that ain't Mobile, and B, Gulf Shores is the Carnival Cruise Lines/Walmarks of the panhandle, it is as trashy of a "resort" town that you will find

Birmingham just as big as New Orleans.

Birmingham is actually a tad smaller than Baton Rouge.

As of 2019

Baton Rouge - 224,000
Birmingham - 213,000

Anyway, per topic of thread my top three are:
1 Atlanta
2 Atlanta
3 Atlanta

I never have and never will understand the influx into town.
