This whole Ted Cruz thing is why this country sucks so bad right now

I will say, Cruz screwed up and a savvy politician like him should have understood the optics better. But with that said, this country is so ate up with non important issues, especially with the people who they vote for.
The left will use this situation against Ted, when truth be told it is people like Beto that f*cked over Texas with bad energy policies that Ted was fighting against. There is nothing Ted can do to immediately fix the issue, but when the media has captured their story, its game over no coming back. But dumb Karens with their dumb Karen haircuts will get angry and shout, and vote in some Beto idiot to replace him that will usher in more blackouts with failed energy policies.

Yup. Was it stupid optics? Yes. Was it ultimately a big deal that impacted actual lives? Of course not.
But the masses are being programmed into frenzy over Ted. Meanwhile Cuomo is on takes literally threatening to destroy people who don’t tow the line in covering up their criminal nursing home scandal that killed 15k.

No one cares in TX. Other than the dems/liberty project types that tried to get him to resign with the Trump impeachment vote, and failed.
People just want to see ercot to get figured out. And the bigger optics will be when super high electric bills start hitting mailboxes. If Cruz can do anything it's to help there, not in the middle of it all happening. As no one expects him to scale up windmills to defrost them or gas pipes.
