But if I interviewed there and a woman with silver sparkle lip polish was gonna be my boss Id probably look elsewhere

Sadly, my inclination at this point is that Tulane:
- had to hire her or they were racist
- could not fire her without being racist
It must suck to be an intelligent black person and realize that due to instances of the hire/fire/racist conundrum, you may be passed over by an employer that wishes to avoid the potential for a lawsuit based on the mere accusation of racism. I fear that at some point, outside of a government job, an unspoken bias will be the norm. That will be grossly unfair to hard-working, intelligent black people, but it very well could be the future if what
I suggested actually happened in this case.

Somewhere there's a deserving Chinese American who should have had her place in medical school.

If you're asking me if race/gender based hires exist then I would say they do at times.
I don't know the specifics of the applicant pool for this position though. Doctors make a lot of money as is, a good bit make a lot more than this position pays. The combination of these things along with having to live in New Orleans this isnt some great job in my opinion.
One thing I figured out early in life is that liberals lack the basic gene that gives people plain common f*cking sense. That's why they can get behind completely f*cking insane policies.
HERE, if you weren't a liberal you could use your plain common f*cking sense.
It's TULANE.
She's black.
What do you think the odds are that RACE and GENDER played a HUGE part in her getting hired by Tulane?
To say that it happens "at times" is just plain f*cking IGNORANT. Maybe there are RARE INSTANCES that a professional gets hired at Tulane and it has nothing to do with their race. But, anyone with plain common f*cking sense KNOWS that it's RARE.
One of the truly disturbing aspects of affirmative action is that liberals insist that blacks being given HUGE advantages in the admissions and hiring process but after that no one can admit that it occurred. In the demented and deranged mind of a liberal, to even mention the fact that someone is failing is MOST LIKELY due to their being unqualified in the first place is "racist."

A few things I haven't seen pointed out (apologies if I missed them in the 9 pages of discussing her name)
1) Her husband is also a doctor, who spent some time teaching/practicing at Tulane Med. He is now in private practice. He has a very african-sounding name. The husband has a very interesting concierge practice.
2) Both of them are very good doctors, as told to me by several people that see them.
3) Just because one is a good doctor, does not make one a good administrator. Maybe it's time for a change in the leadership in that program. I have no idea.
4) It would not surprise me in the least if the liberal whites that run Tulane are actually racist AF in their daily lives. It's a common theme among white northern liberals. They love standing up for blacks, until it comes time to actually work with them.
5) Likewise, it would not surprise me in the least if the school is indeed having trouble getting white liberal northeastern doctors to do residencies at Tulane, because again, closet racists.

My wife is a manager for the state Right after the Alton Sterling fiasco, riots etc. One of my wife’s workers ( black lady, complained all the way to state office because another employee ( white lady) had a back the blue bumper sticker on her SUV The lady said she felt intimidated and was in fear because of someone at her work place supporting the police. The state made her remove the bumper sticker to stay employed

One more thing, this applies to ALL liberals, not just those from the northeast.

doesn't mean a black/female won't immediately go for the race/sex card, a pretty safe bet she'll get a settlement out of it, Tulane can't defend itself too strenuously rules don't apply anymore in the case of someone crying racism

Yup, federal law prohibits yada yada yada on the basis of discrimination which is not related to a state's employment-at-will doctrine. Being fired because you are black? Setting that kind of precedent? Sheet. A black person will never be hired again. More than likely, it was her necklace and lipstick getting in the way of her job.

So basically you're a raging lunatic who doesn't have any facts?
All you just said is the only way a black person is hired by Tulane is because they are black. If they are black, in no way they are qualified to work there.
You are a piece of shite dude. Go back to the political board.
