The justice system needs to re-evaluate how they handle domestic stuff when there is clear evidence that someone has attempted to strangle someone or has beaten them badly. Those people are complete psychos and when given the chance, usually go back to finish the job.

Well more whites are killed by blacks. In fact blacks are killed by people outside of their race the least.
Yet everyone else is the problem, not black men.
It's beyond reality. Keep blaming the issues on everything other than cultivating this behavior in young black men.
