calling out Watson for saying organization is shite after Billy ran it to the ground

He had no ground to stand on. He signed his contract extension after all of the moves were made. He started acting like a diva and wanting to pick his bosses while doing absolutely nothing of note for his franchise.

Watson wanting a trade was not the problem. It’s why he wanted it (hurt feelings) and how he went about it (crying like a bitch) that people dislike. And most Texans fans don’t mind him being trade because he can bring back a horde of draft capital that they can use to rebuild with.

Yeah, so?

If Drummond wants out all he has to do is say he's not picking up next year's player option.

He opted into the last year of his contract the previous off-season.

He doesn't want to be the backup to Allen and pitched a fit.

He dribbles up the court and won't pass the ball. Pretty obvious the Cavs weren't going to let him keep playing.

Aren’t the players employed by the team and the league? Of course they are so shut the frick up Green. If you want to make the rules get your own team or league. It’s that simple.

But fans, generally speaking, side with owners. And it's pretty strange.

It really is. We've all had shitty jobs and dreamed of having the leverage to tell the boss to shove it. These guys have that leverage. It's just jealousy IMO.

And FWIW, I can't stand Draymond. Cheap shot artist.

players won’t stop the bitchfest until they run the league

they hate the feeling of being controlled

maybe i’m wrong but i can’t think of one espn guy who disagreed with Greene...that’s one of the problems, everyone scared to have a different opinion on these “social” issues

You say that as if it's a bad thing. That's called being human.

but also is mad at CLE for shutting down Drummond instead of allowing him to act a fool like Harden did?
let’s talk about Cleveland shutting down Drummond while we weren’t allowed to shut down Anthony Davis

Are there different rules if you’re All-NBA?

"At some point, as players, we need to be treated with the same respect," Green said. "And have the same rights that the team can have.
Okay, I'm sure the NBA owners will give the players more rights, the players just need to give up some revenue share and give up guaranteed contracts.

At that point, I think the owners will give them the power to quit easily. Per game contracts could shake things up.

And if not, his career is on the line. At some point, this league has to protect the players from embarrassment like that."
Well, again, if you want to keep playing, yes. No one wants a whiner unless they're exceedingly talented.

And again, feel free to change the NBA CBA structure and the league might allow more leeway.
