The number of SNAP households who were headed by a white person was 75.8 percent in 2019, compared to 12.5 headed by a black person and 13.6 headed by a Hispanic person. [Source: United States Census Bureau]

Mississippi has the highest demographic of black people of any state in the union. Just pointing to a state and saying it's mostly run by Republicans is meaningless. Try breaking that down a little about who's using welfare.
But if you're arguing we should get rid of welfare, I'm for it.
White people are 60+% of the population, so they should have the majority of anything. They are also the overwhelming majority of rural/low population/low business areas.
Now do violent crime statistics.
