I enjoyed the video though. Funny how Jalen was terrified of the hood west of campus. (Aster road). He makes it sound like he had never been in hood before he got to campus.
Summary: he got drunk for the first time his first night on campus mostly thanks to Mettenberger who he said was a crazy motherF. Saw guns for the first time. Sam Montgomery got his jaw wired shut for a bit cause he got popped at tigerland. Explained how the student athletes apartments were a parking lot away from the hood.

The good news is that area is being cleaned up somewhat with 2 or 3 new large apartment complexes

I'm not just gonna give Jalen Collins the benefit the doubt on his Miles story.
Jalen basically cheated his way his whole career and ended up essentially getting kicked out of the NFL for multiple suspensions for PEDs and other issues.

I don't disagree with you, but that text exchange with Miles.... I don't get why it's bad on him. The "it will be costly" quote seems like he meant it would be a big loss for the team.
Having said that, I decided a long time ago to NEVER again try to decipher what Les Miles actually means. But alas, here I am.
