people dont give a shite if people take steroids. We want to see the freak hitting the ball 500 feet 60 to 80 times a week. We want our superheros on screen to weigh 225 and be shredded.

its why pro wrestling went to shite.

Even if you're 5'5" you need to be 235 or be at 195 and have to carry a weapon.

this is so fricking stupid, they are adults they should be able to take whatever they want and it shouldnt be illegal as it affects nobody but themselves.

the whole...be a rolemodel and set a reasonable example is just another in a long line of sjw pussy ideas. Dont want to take steroids....cool. If you do....cool, only pussies care either way.

Nailed it.

Has some fatty come in saying that Hemsworth is only fit BECAUSE he's juicing?

Steroids or not, the level of dedication and commitment it takes to achieve a physique like his blows my mind. Especially when it comes to eating. It's so much easier for me to cut down on my intake than increase it so to know someone is eating 4-6k clean calories a day sounds crazy.

At least that actor was very forthcoming in an interview how he could never have achieved those results if Marvel wouldn't have footed the bill for him to have a personal chef and trainer to work out every day for months.

On the vertical diet it is surprisingly easy to eat 6k calories and still be hungry. It's crazy.

You can also tailor it to eat 2000 and always be full.

Looks like he won’t have to work as hard on leg day.

I was going to say he can skip leg day altogether.

I went to school with a guy who juiced and he looked like a completely differet person from the waist up, than he did from the waist down. It was downright absurd.

His veins are popping out like he’s carrying 50 lb dumbbells. But he’s carrying a takeout box and a glass bottle

Some of y’all have such a skewed perspective of roids. It’s not some magical solution that instantly gets you bigger. Still have to put the work in.

Medical studies have shown for decades you can gain weight and some muscle mass taking roids and not touching a weight

I really hope they make the obvious joke here after Thor’s mom told him to eat a salad in Endgame.

This is also how pretty much every major college linemen feels. Coaches looking over your shoulder to make sure you finished all 8 of your plain baked chicken breasts.

You do know it's possible to look like that without steroids? It takes really great genetics, and a lot of hard work and sacrifice. I'm not saying he is or he isn't, and i would bet that he is.
I know most assume he's on steroids, but he's always had a large upper body frame to support that muscle. The right diet and work can get you there if you have the genetics behind you.

I have a buddy that's 6'1" 165 most of the time, and he can't gain weight to save his life. He's had the same body from age 16 to mid 30's. same type of body, large upper frame with chicken legs. He started working out like crazy and eating tons of calories and got up to about 185 a few years ago and looked jacked like this, and i can guarantee you he wasn't taking steroids or hormones or anything. He said he couldn't keep it up, as it required way too much dedication to what you eat and the working out, and he's back down to being in that 165 range all the time now. Some people are genetically gifted, and with the right amount of work, can attain that kind of body.
Hell i had a large gain in muscle mass from about age 17 to 21, and most people assumed i had taken steroids. Friends from high school that i hadn't seen would ask me that when they saw me b/c they remembered me as skin and bones 160, not 210 and ripped. Of course now i'm full on dad bod. But the point remains, puny and fat people can't understand that some people can actually be big and ripped without steroids. They are either too stupid, jealous, or both.

While I agree with you that Hemsworth is not necessarily using steroids, your high school buddy who put on 20 lbs of muscle doing basic upper body work at the rec center is probably not a legit comparison.

Gain weight and some muscle mass? How detailed of you. You can’t achieve even half the physique without hard work. Of course you’re going to gain weight on juice.

At least no one worried about performance

I can say from personal experience that it is very possible to gain weight without either steroids or weightlifting.
