I'd venture to say most LSU fans I meet off of this board are pretty rational people. However, there's something about the majority of the fans on here that makes them a little off. Probably something to do with the anonymity and certain people saying things just because they know it'll get an upvote. Although, with the way some people seem to have such natural hate running through them on here, I'm not entirely certain that's true.

Good for you. Unfortunately, news and social media chomp at the bit for juicy stories like this to spread rumors on their favorite topic, which in turn riles up the mob. Mathieu knows this and it's probably why he deleted the tweet.

This doesn’t seem to be what he tweeted but a direct quote. Kind of tames the whole thing down.
All TM did was wag his finger at Brady, so Brady could have just made a comment that pissed him off rather than a racial slur.
I see why others are reading into it that way but it’s not like TM is covering for an egregious action like say, ripping someone’s helmet off and striking him with it. He was just giving him the business on the field, the only thing making it look worse is that Brady just threw a TD on him so made TM look petty.

TM didn't have to point it out, it was quite obvious. Like I said, shite talking has always been a part of the game. I thought it was ridiculous that they were throwing flags for stuff like that. Lots of things happen in the heat of the moment.
