If your neighbor is a good person they are thinking this over and will tell you what they are going to do about it. You might be surprised. They could get rid of the dog. If whatever they do is inadequate for you and your family then all bets are off and force the issue. You can’t havre the wife fearful of a dog that could come charging at any time. That’s not right.
