Looking at going this fall for LSU game. Wanting a good steak and Tony’s stands out to me. Any other recommendations on that front are welcome.

Def going to do Keanland. Should I try that Friday or game day? Do they usually race on UK football game days?

Prob do Bourbon tour one of days. Any tour guides better than others?

I think that’s all. I’m def open to any other options I haven’t mentioned and or any other tips on general. Thanks in advance.

Keanland is a definite. If you happen to be placed in a private box, don't take off your sport coat, even if you're sweating balls. The garçon will call your arse out.

Buffalo Trace, Woodford, Castle & Key and four roses are all not far. That is the order I would go if only choosing 1 or 2. Do it during a weekday if you can.

they havent released the fall meet calendar (they just released the spring calendar for April this week). it may start oct 1 or oct 8. no way to know for sure yet, but they are allowing spectators to some capacity tbd.

I like Malone's for dinner. Jeff Ruby's is also a good spot.
Keenland runs 5 days a week for only three weeks in October. Schedule not out yet. But this is a must if the horses are running.
I would do Woodford and then Castle and Key. Buffalo Trace is nice but very large and corporate.

For distilleries, you have Buffalo Trace, Wild Turkey, Four Roses, and Woodford Reserve all near Lexington. There are a handful or so of smaller ones. I would definitely plan on going to Woodford. The drive out to it in the fall is absolutely gorgeous. Of those 4, they're all pretty good, but if you had to skip one I'd skip Wild Turkey. Unless you're just a big Wild Turkey fan.

Definitely do Malone's for dinner, you won't regret it
