I don't know anything about the OSS
The DA Mask is suppose to be very good.
A couple others to consider are the Q El Camino or the Thunderbeast Takedown.
I have an El Camino. It's pretty great.
I also have a Surefire Ryder 22. I hate it. the baffles are aluminum so I can't throw them in a sonic cleaner or a tumbler.
I will be getting a Takedown or a Mask at some point in the future.

Shot the OSS a couple of weeks ago. Very very nice can.
But pricey.

Can’t go wrong with the mask. I have a Q El Camino and was deadlocked between the mask and the Q can.
Got to my dealer and the dead air was sold out. So my decision got made for me.

Might also want to check out silencerco sparrow. I chose the mask over the sparrow but it was a very close race.

I have the DA Mask.... extremely quiet. I’m pleased with it and if you really want suppression run the CCI Quiet ammo through it, sounds like a pellet gun.

If you shoot 22 shorts, they are pretty much suppressed.

I posted basically the same question you did and a lot of responses came back recommending the Thunderbeast. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the one's you mentioned. I just thought $400 was in my range.
