probably not. Had he not torn his ACL, balled out, and then had this happen....maybe. But there are plenty of RBs out there for teams to sign that no NFL team would want to risk the PR hit that would come with signing Guice. Only way I think he'd have a possible shot is if this trial ends with a complete acquittal and the evidence shows none of it had any truth to it, which is doubtful. My guess is Guice takes a plea on the misdemeanors, uses judicial diversion, and serves a year of probation with community service and anger management/batterers intervention program or something along those lines. Going to trial on misdemeanors, in most cases, isn't worth it. He probably needs to focus on life after football and what he's going to do and put this behind him.

Ray Rice was an all-pro running back and never saw the football field again after being charged with domestic assault against a woman that later became his wife. It would be highly unlikely Guice gets a second shot after the media attention this received

The local LSU Team Clean Sweep on top of things and doing business. (Every college has their own version to protect/defend the little darlings)

Everybody been paid off, season tickets reserved, free LSU education for victim/relatives and extravagant gifts on the way.

Aint no current or ex-LSU football player guilty of anything ever. They all be little Angels of Mercy.

Clean it Up. Sweep it Away.

He was charged with a felony that carried a lengthy prison sentence that he plead guilty to and got a deferred sentence if he took anger management classes and other counseling.

Guice's charges were straight up dropped and he hasn't admitted to anything.

Is he going to be banned for life for misdemeanors?

He's a POS for sure, but people who have done worse are in the league.
