I mean in 2019 we had a top 30ish defense and we were the GOAT.
It's not unreasonable to think with a top 50 defense that peaks at the right time we could win another natty.

Yeah, and we had the GOAT offense. And we were still comfortably better than 50th overall. Should our goal be to be Oklahoma on defense? Come on.

Hey everybody.. I know we have a top 5 defensive recruiting class in back to back years.. but a top 50 defense is the new bar.
That will show all of these naysayers that they were wrong about Jones!!
