My brother bought boiled crawfish in New Orleans, then took 2 days driving back to Asheville.

Now I understand. That description would work tableside but not on a menu in my opinion. Way too many words

Blackened Mahi-mahi PoBoy on Smoked Shrimp, Leek, Cream Cheese-infused French Bread

Spicy Lemon Arugula, Tomato, Pickled Onion, Louisiana Crawfish-Quail Egg Remoulade

Micro Mizuna and Wasabi Green Garnish


I really dislike “topped with” “served atop” “garnished with” etc but that’s just me
