I think O sets the tone for the program and makes the hiring decisions. So far, he has sucked. We will see how everything pans out.
This looks to be another goober move. Failing to consult with the organization before approaching the person.
The whole situation seems to be handled by imbeciles with little business sense.

Besides he talked to the saints and got permission for the interview. Why not just not speak if you dont know what's goin on?
