The success from 2019 was a combination of things, one of which was Joe Brady, a hungry, up and coming NFL guy. Another was Dave Aranda, an elite DC that was a young, but was successful in the Big 10. Another piece was having a once in a generation QB and elite skill players on offense.

That being said, I like the hires this year. I like all of the connections to Sean Payton's staff and the fact that they seem to be quality guys who have personal connection to O. There's some risk, but there is a lot of upside on both sides of the ball.
