Oh the irony of the D.C. fencing...

Pelosi and the Dems installed a tall fence, topped with razor wire to keep out undesirables for the upcoming "festivities", yet they are adamantly opposed to putting up a barrier on our southern border to keep out undesirables. I sure hope some media source is going to hammer them on this since the Republicans don't have the gonads to do it.

Pelosi and the Dems demanded protection from Trump Protestors that won't exist on inauguration day.
Trump was happy to provide a huge contingent of troops and fence in the Capitol and shutdown all traffic near the Capitol.
Now, do we need >20k troops to see Lady Gaga butcher the National Anthem? During a "virtual" event no less.
This is a roundup, and a healthy number of our fine elected officials are going to be wearing chrome bracelets in the next few days.

Not only is this a totally original thought that I haven't seen anyone post on the internet yet, you're totally right that protecting a single building is the same as walling up an entire border. There's no nuance whatsoever between those. Awesome!
