Again, for what seems like the dozenth time, I have not said jack shite about the Pope being arrested.

My mistake. So many in this thread and at least another have somehow jumped from the lights being off to somehow the Pope has been arrested for something (even though they have no evidence of such an arrest).

I would love for one of them to at least address how they get from point A (power outage) to point OMFGPWNZZ (Pope arrested).

I'm just tired of Q stuff infecting everything around here.

I will admit I was wrong about the blackout last night. After re-reading my posts I realize it came off as I was focused on that when in fact my comments were intended to be aimed at the lunacy that the pope was arrested.

It looks like the Vatican is blacked out again for the 2nd night in a row. *Shrug*

We don't know what it means. I started the thread last night. I never said the pope was arrested. It appears blacked out. I don't know why.

Pope Francis would be resigning after Christmas

I don't recall this sort of stuff going on when Pope Benedict XVI resigned.

I guess it'll happen, or it won't.

Pretty rare for 2 popes to step down in a row. If it even happens.

There were others who were saying it was related to the pope being arrested, and the Italian President as well...there are threads on it.

I know. We don't know though. I'm not gonna come out and say that unless I have some sort of proof. I had proof that the vatican looks blacked out so I posted it. Would be nice if the Pope was arrested but who knows. I haven't seen any evidence of it.

I think the Pope is a scumbag leading a bigger group of scumbag child molesters. If he were arrested I wouldn't shed a single tear for him.

I think any catholic priest who covered up, condoned, looked the other way, or participated in the abuse of children should be stood up against a wall and executed. I hope they all enjoy eternity in purgatory.

It would be unprecedented. It's only happened twice in 1,500 years. Before Benedict it had only happened once, 900 years ago.

I never once said that the lights didn’t go out. I said the pope was not arrested. The pope was not arrested. The pope will not he arrested tonight either.

Why would the lights being on or off have anything to do with the Pope being arrested or not? Seems like a bizarre leap of logic with no justification.

It’s almost like the electrical issue is totally unrelated to the Pope or any election, or any power outages elsewhere in the world.

But I’m sure you’ll be able to come back tomorrow and tell me how these events were all connected, right? Or are you going to ask everyone to prove that they weren’t connected?

agreed, the pope is not being arrested

blackout two days in a row is beyond weird, with the amount of wealth in the complex and the security required seems like they would have big backup generators

And how do you know that they don’t? You can’t see anywhere close to the whole Vatican in any clip I’ve seen.

Turn your volume up. You can hear screaming at the Vatican...

Screaming

Not religious, but the series of events does seem oddly centered around Italy, no?

Tempted to bring up the Gibb's Rules, but unless we really see something specific, ... I got nothing.

That is something that would scare me to death listening to Art Bell at 1am in the morning.
