I thought it was a slam dunk and Callaway was added to coaching staff. If they hire Peetz and Mangas then what about Callaway?

Peetz will probably be OC and not coach a position directly. Mangas PGC and help with either RB’s or WR’s or both as that is his background. Callaway QB coach.

I don't know if he does not get promoted from analyst to coach.

If he is QB coach and Peetz and Mangas OC and PGC respectively then they will have to get rid of Mickey Joseph. You can only have 10 coaches.

They are not getting rid of Mickey. His job And Raymond’s job are probably the safest on staff. I would guess Raymond just does all DB’s again and one of those 3 are the Busch replacement.

I would assume it would look something like this as we probably will not have a dedicated safeties coach this year:

Peetz OC
Mangas PGC
Callaway QB coach

Nahh we got rid of bush we won’t replace the stairs coach. Raymond will take that over.

I’d be ok with hurting Munoz and an analyst again as a well.

They'll probably just let Corey Raymond coach all the DBs again.

OC - Peetz
PGC - Mangas
QB - Callaway

They aren’t having that many offensive coaches. Especially not when trying to lure a top DC.

Just isn’t happening.

I’m sorry but Callaway is much more qualified to coach pgc and QBs than mangas is! Heck, he’s more qualified than both the guys being interviewed seeing as they’ve only been analysts anywhere they’ve been (because do we really need to count mangas’ stint at w&m) also Callaway has a relationship with all of the QBs ..... If he’s left out of the mix, he’s not sticking around for an analyst job

Seriously. 6 offensive coaches and 3 defensive coaches for a defense coming off an historically bad season. No way that's happening.

More than likely Peetz and Callaway are definitely getting coaching spots and Mangas may get one if they can figure out how to make it work. I feel you can be a PGC as an analyst doesn’t necessarily have to be a coaching job.

I agree and that’s probably how it played out the last two games as everyone suspects happened this season with Callaway. However, I’m sure Callaway wants the official title and salary that comes with being a pgc!

He was already promoted to an on-field position. He's probably our QB coach.

I really don't see a scenario where Mangus and Calloway are both on-field coaches.

You can manipulate the coaching numbers all you want, but it just doesn't work out.

IDK, but it was reported on NYE that he was promoted already.

I know, which if true, means Mangus would be an analyst.

while this is probably true, there are potential options:
-Coach O and Lacatoure (sp?) handling dline. No designated dline coach.
-DC also coaching a postion (EX: Freeman coaching LBers).
-We assume that Faulk does not need the money per se, so can he move to an analyst and Peetz coach RBs.
-McMahon moving to an analyst and not having an official ST coach.

Not saying I am all in on any of these options, just saying that there are options to make this work.
