Why the hate? He was the RB coach for the kid who’s set the APY record in the NFL last year and then the QB coach for Brady this year. O wants someone whose either worked with Payton or Brady and he wants someone young. And he isn’t gonna try and over pay for a retread OC from the college ranks!

If he's the guy it's going to be functioning as a co-OC with Calloway I think, regardless of either title. Neither guy is an established coordinator at a top level of football.
Seems like a bizarre hire, but these things sometimes work out.

You are def right about the co oc thing.

Nah Apparently there targeting him and Mangas as a package deal Mangas would be PGC

I could see:
Peetz - OC
Calloway - PGC (really co-OC in responsibility)
Mangus - Position coach?
That seems like a lot on offense -
They're clearly trying to recreate the Joe Brady magic.

Someone mentioned Calloway as QB coach

So on offense we have:
OC
PGC
QB coach
OL coach
RB coach
WR coach
Seems like a lot, especially when defense is clearly our biggest issue going into 2021.

Brady Was an Analyst to Lol
and we still hired him
and we still hired him

You have to imagine if he's bringing mangus then Callaway is sol on a big boy job. We can't put all the coaches on offense. What if the DC is a secondary guy, we have an analyst coach linebackers?

To be under the supervision of one of the most experienced offensive coordinators in college football.
Calloway, Peetz, and Mangus combined don't have as much experience as Ensminger alone. I'm not saying I want old or to keep Ensminger, just saying that is a bigger risk with those 3, especially considering Mangus sucking arse as more than an analyst.

They've already hired Calloway and he signed a contract for an on-field position, we just haven't been told what title or pay.

Brady just wants to dump his guy without firing him

Looks a bit like the older Draco Malfoy

Why the hate?
Because the clowns on this board want something that doesn’t exist. They want a young OC with decades of successful play calling experience.
