Freeman wants to be a head coach next but is listening to LSU and other DC jobs

Makes me nervous, he comes, stays for a year, and uses us as a spring board to a head coaching job?

Get him.

If he’s in I’m predicting we get out of the SECw next season.

If he helps us win a natty like Aranda it’s worth it

LSU is a launch pad for assistants who want to be head coaches.

Would you rather have someone that is in demand or another pelini?

Well if he comes here next year and turns the LSU defense around enough for him to get a P5 job, then LSU had a hell of season, NY6 bowl at worst, maybe SEC title and CFP.

So you want a guy to stay 5 years and go 9-3 every year or go 12-0/11-1 and contend in his 1?

There is nothing wrong with this.

The bigger concern right now is that he is interviewing to boost his leverage with other schools and get a bigger raise somewhere else.

This is the only guy that everyone I think would be on board with. Keep your fingers crossed.

Brady used us like a rag after sex.

I’d let him do it all over again for 2019

So you would have rather Joe Brady not come to LSU in 2019 because he left after one year?

I think people's confidence in Orgeron making the right hire is shaky at best. Even if he nails this one, guy is gone in a year, 2 tops, and he's got to hire another one. Odds are that it won't work out all that well.
