Maybe if you could get him to run hard but it looks like he doesn't get to full speed until 40 and then jets to about 75 yards and then shuts it down and lets momentum carry him to the finish.

not sure about that. he started off faster then the best sprinters in the world.

Because that does not in anyway shape or form take in to account the amount of time it takes to accelerate off the blocks to top speed.
Richard Thompson ran neck and neck with him for the 1st 30 to 40 meters before Bolt hit his top speed.

That is ridiculous. Maybe if he already running and then they start the gun. I can't see anyone running a 3.8. Please provide a link at least.

He would be outstanding at that, because in the 200 meters he is extremely fast on the turn, and breakaway speed.
