Flu is less contagious than the coronavirus is. Our level of mask use seems sufficient to suppress the flu but not the coronavirus epidemic.

I had the covid aka coronavirus (wuhan virus) in April. I had the flu in October.

For me, the covid lasted about two days. But the flu lasted for about eight days. I felt much worse with the flu.

I do feel that since I swam in raw sewage as a child, my immune system was better prepared for covid. I also do calisthenics every morning and take multivitamins.

My point is the flu kicked my old arse. But covid didn’t have a chance in this old marine’s body.

I think Agent Orange left me immune to just about everything.
