Don’t ask such things or we will be wearing masks forever.

The only oseltamiver I have dispensed so far this year was written for a patient preparing for international travel.

It is likely that most pharmacies will expire most oseltamivir they purchased in the spring.

That is pretty unusual.

I mean, I'm sure lack of large gatherings (concerts, live shows, etc.) has something to do with it. To cure the flu all we have to do is avoid people. Who knew?

It went to my friends kids who were diagnosed with regular flu and not COVID 3 weeks ago. Even with the doctors note they still were not allowed back in school for 14 days.

Some of it was renamed to Corona. CDC doesn't count flu cases. Only flu like illnesses. They call it ILI. Influenza like illness. Check cdc for yourself to verify.

I’ll tell you what I believe is the biggest piece of it.

Before March of this year, if you had flu like symptoms, the expectation by employers was that you would take some ibuprofen, toughen up, and come to work. Now, if you tell employers that you have a low grade temp, they don’t want you coming to work. Working while sick is a huge player in the transmission game and that has been cut out completely.

The real question is, why aren’t we testing for corona like we do the flu? Imagine the flu case numbers in the past if we had tested people who showed no symptoms. The numbers would be astronomical. You can “have” the flu and show no symptoms.

We are. And again, flu was never reported to CDC. Only flu like illnesses. So not data from tests.

People are staying home if they are sick, biggest influence in reduction of Flu cases. The masks, as they are being deployed, are not doing shite to prevent the spread of anything.

You are full of shite. They most certainly do track flu cases that are submitted to them by local public health.

They do a weekly flu surveillance report that shows that. You can find it on their site.

I know....cause I look at the flu reports for work each flu season.

Want to hear a secret?

Some of the tests for covid detect both flu and covid. They also trigger false positives if you’ve had too much coffee or coke or whatever, but that’s another story for another day.

Covid tests are reimbursed at a much higher level for pharmacies than flu.

Want to guess what gets reported?

It's almost like covid is more contagious than the flu and that's the increase in mask use is more effective.

Just like the doctors have said all along

Your meme is cute though

It has to really strain the limited amount of brain cells some of these people have to think everything is a conspiracy.
