Time to replace some originals as a Christmas present for a loved one.
What non-stick pots/pans/skillets does this board recommend using or have owned and really pleased with?
Thanks in advance.

Cast iron (several options - I'd recommend Field, butterpat and blacklock line of lodge)
Enameled cast iron (staub and/or le creuset)
Stainless steel (all clad)
Teflon is no bueno

I use a carbon steel skillet for eggs. It’s lighter than cast iron and it has properly sloped sides to flip the eggs using just the pan. Non-stick coatings are temporary at best and unhealthy at worst, no reason to swim in that water.

Can never go wrong with Le Creuset.

Agree with this, especially for smaller skillets

I only use T-Fal cookware. Order it off QVC.

I only keep a single small nonstick ScanPan for eggs.

My Mrs loves the Misen non stick pan.

I have been really pleased with the Anolon Nouvelle Copper hard-anodized non-stick skillets. They come in both 8.5" and 10" sizes and can be bought as a set. I got them on sale so they weren't quite as pricy as they are now, but still aren't too bad.

I've had these Tramontina for over a year. No complaints. My preteen kids cook in them, and there are still no significant scratches. Great for eggs and omelets. I can easily flip food in them.

I looked at the Hexclad pans at Costco the other day and will probably pick one up in the future. Tried to buy a single pan but they only offered the set at Costco. I like how it is non stick but you can use metal spatulas on it and not scratch the coating.
