Stevens quote after the game. Well said young man. Those who “opted out” quit, plain and simple. Left their brothers when things got tough. Major kudos to those who left it out there for the P&G. Frick the quitters.

Actions speak louder than words.

Stevens will always be a tiger.

Game clinching fumble recovery in his last game in TS couldn't happen to a better Tiger. Wish him the best in the league.

Hope he got to keep the ball at the end. Kind of cool to have your last play be a game winner. Kid came back, played with heart, and will forever be a champion!

I love defense. From a technical aspect, Stevens is one of the more frustrating players I have watched over the past few years. He looks like one of the best players in college football on some downs and - well, not on other downs.

But, I have never questioned his effort. I believe he is a "100%, every play" kind of kid. That will take him far in life, regardless of what he does.

Jacoby Stevens has been one of my favorite people to watch play football for LSU and his actual talent, which he has plenty of, is very low on the list of the reasons why. Great Tiger even better human. He will be successful even if he doesn’t play another down of football.

Unfortunately the NFL doesn’t care. Chase & Marshall are getting ready to make some serious bank. Money is more important than team in today’s world. With that said, LSU doesn’t have that magical season without those two. I don’t respect their decision to quit but I certainly am thankful for the time they were here.

It’s so fitting that he stuck it out and was the one who ends up recovering the game winning fumble! Proud of that kid and he’s gonna be one on that side of the ball to remember this season. Him and Cox

His statement also runs counter to the many posters who insisted over and over that the other players on the team were cool with the quitters’ decisions.

An LSU - Ole Miss game played in a driving rain, with blood, guts (a lot of guts) and wind. Stuff that legends are made of.

Thanks for the memories Tigers.

He’s a LB that for whatever reason didn’t want to play LB. Same size as Queen. Maybe slightly bigger. I think a 6-7 figure salary may convince him LB isn’t a bad idea

To be fair, he isn’t protecting an investment like the other guys minus Gilbert
