I better get an end-of-the-season Grogu fix or it's gonna be a long dark winter.

Should be good. They don't have time to resolve much, though, unless it's extra long.

If I may hijack the thread: is there any chance Luke is the Jedi who answers Grogu’s signal from the stone? He’d still be 10-15 years away from his falling out with Ben Solo. What’s he got better to do right now? Not like Mark Hamill is otherwise busy.

My prediction for The Jedi that 'shows up' is Obi Wan and he is the one that helpd Grogu escape and survive Order 66. I recently rewatched ROTS and I realized there is a decent amount of time at the end where Obi Wan and Yoda are in coruscant planning how to survive, the future of the jedi and etc. My guess is Obi Wan and Yoda also had a plan to protect Grogu.

My prediction on why it is Obi Wan and not Yoda is mostly because maybe this Obi Wan reveal helps set up his new show

I'm not convinced we'll find out who it is tonight. Maybe a tease and cliffhanger with just the robe or something.

I haven't seen Cal Kestis mentioned here yet and I think he's the most likely. A lot of Fallen Order dealt with force-sensitive children and the timeline would work.

I’m at a loss for words after that episode.

We have deserved this caliber of Star Wars for a long time and I almost can’t process how satisfying that was to watch.

LUKE frickIN SKYWALKER. And Mando with the dark saber.

Holy shite.

And hang around for after credits! Boba gets his own show!

I was thinking of this moment once Luke went into the passage way with the Dark Troopers.

An amazing season, so good!

The guy who just started that SECRET JEDI MASTER thread is a dick for posting that. Love how these dipshits insist on spoiling shows as soon as they're released.

That episode was a lot of fun but at some point they have to introduce a decent villain.

That episode was AWESOME! I kept wondering which Jedi was going to show up and the moment I saw that black glove from a distance, I knew it was Luke. Loved seeing R2 again and the scene at the end of the credits was great. Too bad we have to wait another year for season 3.

Also didnt know at the time of watching last season, that Hamill had a voice cameo in another episode. Hamill voiced the bartender droid on Tatooine in season 1, episode 5.

Me when I saw the X-Wing: Oh shite, is that who I think it is?

Me when I saw the glove: *full on squeal* OMG ITS HIM.

That finale was amazing.

I ain't gonna lie. When I saw the Red Squadron X-wing, my pants got a little tight, but I didn't want to believe and be disappointed. When I saw the green saber ignite and the gloved hand, I went directly from six to twelve and he hadn't put down the first Dark Trooper yet. When he crushed that last one with only the Force, I called my doctor immediately because that boner was gonna last more than four hours.

Favreau and Filoni took a giant shite on the sequels and what they did to that character. He was an unstoppable machine.
