Coach O is 1-3 hiring coordinators, but is totally reliant on coodinators

Wins: Joe Brady
Losses: Matt Canada, Bo Pellini, and Scott Linehan
This is the record that deserves to get him fired, he brings nothing to the table x's and o's wise and he has struck out time and again on bringing in successful people. If he can't refill the coaching cupboard when its bare, then we have no shot at sustained success

Where would you rank Ensfinger?

I was informed by many in the know that Ensminger was the playcaller and responsible for the offense last year and Brady’s impact was overblown.

Yeah and this is the generous version honestly. Making Esminger OC, hiring Jerry Sullivan, etc.

He promoted E that was a hire

I was trying to make my numbers as conservative as possible. I dont think there's any arguing the 3 losses and cases could be made for a few more.

joe brady wasn't the coordinator, E was. does that really count?

Passing Game Coordinator...I do think Joe Brady's impact is hard to argue against

We lucked into Brady. Slinger was going to talk to Lombardi about the offense. Lombardi couldn’t make it so they sent Brady. Slinger recommended Brady.

25% clip based on the CEO model of coaching is complete failure

As much as I would like to provide a counterpoint, it can't be done. Based on what we have seen during his tenure, he appears to bring little to X and O planning and execution, especially game-day adjustments.
Coaches like Saban, Meyer, Dabo, L. Riley, Smart, etc bring their forte as a strong OFF or DEF X/O guy to the fight. Now with that said we have seen Pruitt, Herman and countless others struggle as HC, and they were considered DEF or OFF gurus.
It takes the complete package to consistently succeed at the college level. Organizational skills, staff/roster management, recruiter, motivator (aa it relates to your young players), and yes X & O oversight & final strategies to put those players in the best position to WIN.

So you're saying it's more plausible that E magically became a brilliant playcaller only in 2019 even though he had the same players in 2018. And then forgot again in 2020 where play calling is again uncreative like 2018?
Or maybe Brady came in, was almost certainly responsible for almost all offensive innovation, and left.
I see we've reverted back to max protect like in 2018. Looks like E is mysteriously forgetting the changes "he" implemented last season to get away from the terrible scheme he unquestionably used in 2018.

Dabo is just the long-term success version of Orgeron. He doesn’t fit in that list at all.

I thinks his record of success so far disproves your statement.

Dabo brings no X’s and O’s to the table. He was a position coach prior to becoming HC, just like Orgeron, he’s just been able to maintain the level of success. He does not fit the list of guys that are able to take over one side of the footbal like Lincoln Riley or Nick Saban.
The poster I responded to stated he was among coaches that

Don't forget the part where those same people told us we would be fine since we had Brady's playbook.

How do you know this? How many staff meetings have you attended?

First play Troy 2017, O didn't know why our 3rd string back got the ball.
First half Bama 2020, O doesn't know why Stingley isn't covering Smith.
Those are straight from O

Serious question, but without the injury to Myles Brennan, would this year's offense be that bad?
I thought the offense in games 1-3 was pretty solid (save for the run game). Obviously has fallen off since then, but would Joe Brady be able to save us from this situation?
