The store on airline highway specifically. It’s closed. Anyone know what happened?

Sale on the LSU shirts that were printed in case they beat bama. Wiped clean and had to shut it down.

I would probably try the Siegen Lane one. Probably a lot safer this time of night.

It's probably closing. That store has had such massive theft issues that they had to start staffing a full time policeman outside.

I went there Sunday at around 1pm and there were a lot of cars in the parking lot but many were leaving. As I pull up some fellow pickup truck baw lets me know that the store is closed.

I went to the one in Denham Springs and it was packed.

I remember when Cortana was a field, only used for the State Fair once a year. There were no buildings.

This shows the status of both Academys in BR.

The one you are referring to was closed today.

Don't even try to convince me that it's a sporting goods desert too...

I'm not that old but I remember when Florida at Airline was the epicenter of BR commerce.

Used to hunt rabbits all over that property. And I remember before the fair was there it was at the old Downtown Airport which of course is now Independence Park.

I don’t quite remember when the intersection of Florida Street and Airline Highway was a traffic circle but it was prior to becoming a cloverleaf.

When I first came to BR as a preteen I thought Broadmoor was Beverly Hills. Maybe it was too, long long ago...
