Interesting thing happened to me

I’m definitely what you would call a yo-yo in terms of weight. I’m 6 foot 1 and was 230 pounds a year ago, 170 pounds 6 months ago, and 220 now.
My stomach was starting to get really big. Last week I was able to down a large pizza, 20 wings, and half a cherry pie with a 2 liter coke. I’m also pretty young so that helps.
I’ve been dealing with some family issues this weekend. It’s been really tough and I didn’t eat anything for a 36 hour stretch. This was not intended at all.
Today I felt much better, and went back to eating. During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I was full after eating a regular serving. I know a lot of people on here believe in fasting. Personally, I’ve never tried it. Obviously I know 36 hours is too much, but is the fasting the reason my stomach shrunk so quickly? Or could it be a remaining emotional effect?

Your stomach shrinks when you don't eat anything or eat less.

I mean obviously but it’s like an exponential decrease.

36 hours is too much

________
With habits like that, nothing matters. Cut it while you're young. 6' 1 230, or 220 is fat.

Holy cow. That’s 4, maybe 3 meals if I’m famished and I’m not even touching the coke. Wow.
