That's a dumb fricking argument...so let street corner drug dealers go??? Low level child trafficking minions who snatch up 9 year olds in a parking lot, just let them walk?

Sure, you can lock them up. That is if you can identify them, then get in touch with local authorities (because no US law enforcement agency is going to do anything), then convince them to actually do something. That rarely, if ever, happens. If/when it does, and even if an operation is shut down, it only takes a few days before they are back up and running in a new location with a new group of scammers.
