That’s why I put no stock in recruiting ranking until the LOI is signed.

It's too be expected. Every school loses a few which is why schools continue to pursue these players so hard even after they commit because they could change their mind in a second. They're still teenagers trying to find their way!

LSU loses those two recruits and their ranking never changed. What does that tell you about where in this class those players were ranked compared to the ones still in the class?
LSU is currently 3rd in the rankings with the 3rd least amount of recruits committed. Tied with the team that is second. LSU is almost guaranteed a top 5 recruiting class.
