It is the UK. Most Britons love them some government control.

Progs in the US would always have an excuse to not do this rule.

I actually respect the UK more. At least they're consistent. The progs in the US think activities they support are safe and activities they oppose are dangerous.

Imagine a roaming horde of bumbling British cops, sharply dressed, running in and out of flats, chasing naked people up and down their stairs, to the tune of “Yakety Sax.”

I ain’t clicking the link; must be from The Bee.

Imagine the government telling you that you can’t legally have consensual sex with your spouse and believing they have the authority to do anything about it.

The government making laws about who you can and cannot have sex with is not new at all. Sodomy was illegal in plenty of states until 2003

You got worse problems if your spouse doesn’t live in your house

1) that’s not what is happening
2) imagine being told you can’t marry the person you love by your government.

My wife must be of English descent. Either that, or she must watch BBC TV (or the other).

So she lives in a different house?

We have an office in Bristol. All the people I’ve met from there have been the biggest wusses I’ve ever met.
