Damn now you got me wanting to build a fire now. 2 weeks until I'm in my new house and backyard on the pond with my firepit, cigar, and glass of whiskey.

Why?
New build construction but house has been finished.
Got final approval from my lender, just waiting on USDA Rural Development to review loan package.

You ever closed a house around the holidays?

It’s just everything takes longer. Take incredible sales numbers right now and add the holidays to it and there’s always issues. I’d just stay on top of it with your lender

My LO seems confident we can get it done next week. So far have had to push back once. We will see.

Why did you put it out?
Were you burning in a dry wheat field or something? You couldn't stand there with a hose to handle any flare ups outside the pit?
Have you ever burned any brush before?
