pit bull dogs that I need to kill

2 weeks ago a very good friend of mine, his wife and 2 little girls were walking their dog, a mixed breed catahoula cur and lab mixture. Their dog was attacked by 2 pit bulls.
My friend managed to pick up his dog. It only got 3 bites. He got bit 2 times but one of the dogs grabbed the leash and pulled him to the asphalt. He has very deep road rash on both knees.
They told the girls to run. The 7 yr. old climbed a tree. The other dog started to chase the 10 yr. old. His wife kicked the dog and it turned on her. She has bad bites on one leg. 16 stitches. Now her injuries are infected and had to be opened up to drain. She may have to go to hospital to get a drip.
The dogs were impounded but this happened in L.P. so the dogs are back with the owner in spite of having 3 previous complaints for attacking other dogs.

handle your business and if i accidentally terminated wild vicious dogs bloody carcasses would be left right on the reckless owners doorstep as long as there arent any cameras around

Sounds like a pretty easy setup, just start walking by there more often while armed, and the problem will sort itself out.

Then hang their bodies on both sides of the owner's driveway..and draw a scythe out of blood on their front door for good measure.

I'm not concerned about the dogs. These won't be the first ones I shot.
The owner is a female that I've already studied. I'm not worried about her coming after me.
