Florida public schools are a disaster .

I used to live 1 block off A1A right at the Jax Bch / Ponte Vedra line. I was 23 and single. I miss those days.

Wrong. The schools in St.John's County are top notch thus the property values around here do nothing but stay steady during a downturn or usually increase yearly. Trust me the people in this area do their research before moving across country to be here especially the ones with kids or retirees.

You can make it to palm valley rd. go right pass K-9 for warriors and about 1/2 mile on the left the driving range and 9 hole course. Is it legal i don't know but I made it twice so far.

The New River in West Virginia definitely flows North.

That's not even close to correct. North is not downhill. Maybe I should reconsider those FL public schools

For those in Nocatee, has it been worth the extra $$$ for the amenities and location?
Posted on 11/30/20 at 1:50 am to TorchtheFlyingTiger
The amenities are top notch especially if you have younger children. There are two big water parks for all nocatee residents, satellite swimming pools in each community and the gym and workout area is really nice. There are also many dog parks, kayak launches, and nature trails which are included in your amenities fees. Trust me you won't be bored and the ocean is about 7 mins away if you like the beach or surfing etc.

Shearwater is a solid neighborhood in your price range. I have a buddy that lives in there, awesome pool area.

We don't use them much but our younger boy likes the water parks a ton. We're only there for the schools.
