Maybe you take chatting on a forum about a basketball team a little more seriously than I do. I openly admit that I’m an optimist, I try to look at the positives of almost any situation. If that makes me “wrong” at times, so be it. I’m a fan because I enjoy it, if I was a pessimist, then I just wouldn’t be a fan.

Like how have you not learned by now to be objective?

And not just you specifically, it's half this board. This thread is a perfect example of the fans on this board being blinded by optimism, when it's not grounded in reality whatsoever.

Same people justifying the Adams trade and extension in this thread are the same people who were cool with the return we got for Lonzo and the same people making the case we improved this off-season. These views just aren't based in logic or reality.

I'm with you. Try being a Saint fans before Bum Philips came into save the franchise. My crew finally buying a block season tickets the year Bum came in after 1-15 would be the epitome of optimism!!
