Thank you. You obviously have an emotional connection to LF to perceive an offence on his behalf when there was no offence intended. Like his momma would.

Just remember whatever he’s done....
I’ve raised three children to adulthood. All tax paying, contributing members of society. Never arrested, never gave me a moments trouble. One played and now coaches college softball, one is an underwater welder, one works on pipeline.
I’ve coached youth baseball in my community for 15 years. Wish I could show you the letters I’ve received from the ones I coached as kids who know have families of their own. I’ll take those letters over being able to run a football any day.
I’ve held a job, provided for my family and paid my taxes for my entire adult life.
But please, you keep right on worshipping professional athletes.

he always seemed like a me player and not a team player. You could start to see it at LSU and it was on full display in jax. Yeah big disappointment. Not a bust but never became the guy.

You do know Jacksonville played in the AFC championship game in 2017 with LF as their stating RB right? I wouldn’t put them and the Bengals in the same sentence.

Shep is the man - making LSU proud.
Idiots (sorry, talkin to the likes of you LF) should look to him and learn...

Im not going to lie, I never really have felt like he has had a dominant season anywhere in the NFL. Sure he has been very good but I'm not putting him in the elite class of running backs.
To put this into perspective, LF has averaged 4.0 Y/A rushing in his NFL career. Adrian Peterson averaged 4.7 Y/A in his 13 years of being in the league and even averaged 4.3 Y/A last season (which is the highest LF has had). I think LF is a generational talent but the league is a business and he's just too expensive to not have the numbers.

who knew lil clyde would have the best career this far out of fournette, guice, hill etc
I think you have to compare each in their rookie year.
Fournette - had a pretty damn good rookie year, correct??
Hill - not sure and didn't look it up.
Guice - will be an extra in the remake of the remake, The Longest Yard.

The type of running back Fournette is doesn't mesh with today's game. He's too big and doesn't have the agility for a modern offense.
Change of direction speed (agility), burst, and vision are needed.
Straight line speed and size/power are less important for success in the NFL.
That's why I still wonder why people put such stock into 40 times. 3 cone drill and a 20 yard dash tell a lot more about a players potential.

I'll do a back flip if Leonard Fournette's mom's last name is also Fournette.
